A totally new approach to managing your health, Everyday Well is designed around you and your family and connects you with everything you need for living well and staying well. And it’s all delivered on your terms, on your schedule and at your convenience. Everyday Well answers common needs like expanded access to primary care physicians, easily accessible 24-hour ERs, as well as innovations like new video consultations with board-certified physicians. Everyday Well also includes online appointment scheduling, patient portals and apps that streamline and simplify access to care.

The Everyday Well site is a personalized web application, which allows you to manage your health and your family’s health. Schedule an appointment, check lab results, pay your bill, request a refill, send a message to your doctor – all with just a click. Everyday Well can be accessed anytime, anywhere and on any device. With Everyday Well, you can take control of your health by:

  • Creating a profile
  • Scheduling an appointment
  • Paying your bill
  • Accessing your medical record
  • Viewing insurance claims*
  • Finding an affiliated physician or facility

It’s all about self-service. There’s no need to pick up the phone when you have all of your information available 24/7 through the Everyday Well application, at home or on the go.

The next time you are a patient at one of our Memorial Hermann Health System facilities, we will offer to send you an invitation to set up your Everyday Well account. It's so easy to get started. All you have to do is provide your email address at the time of your visit. After your discharge from the hospital or after your office visit, a secure email invitation will be sent to your email address. Click on “Accept Invitation” in the email and follow the steps to create your Everyday Well account. You can also call (713) 222-CARE (2273) to request an email invitation and then follow the same steps.

No. Anyone interested in managing their health may sign up to use the Everyday Well site. If you are a Memorial Hermann patient, you will have access to patient information such as medical records, bill pay and appointment scheduling. If you are a Memorial Hermann Health Plan member, you will have full access to patient information, benefits, claims and ID Cards.

No, you do not have to be a Memorial Hermann health plan member in order to use the Everyday Well site. Anyone interested in managing their health may sign up to use the site. If you are a Memorial Hermann health plan member, you will have access to insurance information such as claims, benefits, and deductibles.

Everyday Well is free for all users.

To access Everyday Well, just download the Everyday Well app or visit EverydayWell.com. Click on “Secure Login” and enter the email address and password associated with your account. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” and enter the required information.

Everyday Well can be saved like any other favorite website, including to your phone or tablet’s home screen. The instructions will vary by device or software version, but here are two ways to do it:

  • iOS for iPhone or iPad: Open EverydayWell.com in the Safari browser. Choose the “share” icon in the browser tools. Select the “Add to Home Screen” icon. Click “Add” to confirm.
  • Android: Open EverydayWell.com in the Chrome browser. Choose the browser menu and select “Add to Home Screen.”

No. Everyday Well is accessed from any internet browser and does not need to be downloaded from an App Store.

Yes! The Everyday Well site can be viewed on mobile devices, tablets and desktop computers with any browser.

Billing and Payments

Yes! Once you are on the bill pay site, you have access to:

  • View an itemized statement of your bill, including details and service dates
  • Previous payments
  • Pay full or partial payments*
  • Create payment plans*
  • Pay hospital bills coming from Patient Financial Services, which may include:
    • Inpatient bills
    • Outpatient/day surgery bills from a MHHS services
    • Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Services

Feel confident when paying your bill online. Memorial Hermann utilizes expert grade security and follows all HIPAA privacy policies.

At this moment, only Memorial Hermann hospital bills or invoices that direct you to paymybill.memorialhermann.org may be paid on the Everyday Well site. For all other bills, please follow the instructions on the bill. If you have additional questions regarding billing and payments, please call (713) 222-CARE (2273).

Yes! In order to pay someone else’s bill, click Pay Bill from the left navigation menu. Next, scroll down the page to access the Pay a medical bill for anyone section, then click the Pay a Bill button. In order to pay the bill, you must have the individual’s date of birth and account number. The account number can be found on an invoice or bill.

Yes! In order to pay a family member’s bill, click Pay Bill from the left navigation menu. Next, scroll down the page to access the Pay Family Bills section and select the bill you would like to pay by clicking the View My Bill button. Click the Make a Payment button and follow the steps to complete the payment.

The following methods may be used to pay your bill:

  • All major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard)
  • A personal check, which can be mailed to:
    • P.O. Box 4370
      Houston, Texas 77210-4370
  • Pay in-person at the facility you visited
  • Prepaid debit card (either a Visa or MasterCard)

Easily find a doctor by clicking Find a Doctor/Facility. Search for a doctor that fits your needs by applying filters such as:

  • Specialty
  • Clinical Interest
  • Gender
  • Insurance
  • Hospital Affliation

Select the doctor, schedule your appointment and receive appointment reminders, all within your customized Everyday Well account.

Seamlessly find a facility by clicking Find a Doctor/Facility and select the Location search. Search for a facility by applying filters such as:

  • Zip Code
  • Facility Type

Schedule your appointment with the selected location and receive appointment reminders, all within your personalized Everyday Well account.

Yes! Appointments may be scheduled using either the ScheduleNow button on any physician’s page or from the Schedule Appointment page. Using ScheduleNow allows you to:

  • Select the provider type, service and zip code
  • View the affiliated physicians availability
  • View the location of the selected facility
  • Confirm the selected appointment

Everyday Well secure messaging provides patients the ability to:

  • Ask your provider a question
  • Ask the clinic staff an administrative question
  • Receive forms from some affiliated physicians groups

Health Information

If you created your Everyday Well account directly from the email invitation sent by your provider’s office or at hospital discharge, your medical information will display under the Health Information tab on the left side of the page.

If you created an Everyday Well account by visiting EverydayWell.com, you will need to link your medical record number (MRN) to view your Health Information. Your MRN can be found on any account invoice received from your provider. Inside your Everyday Well account, locate your Profile Overview at the top right corner of the page. Select Sign In & Security from the Profile Overview menu options. Once you have landed on the Sign In & Security page, click CONNECT next to the Memorial Hermann Medical Record and enter your information. Complete the linking process by answering the identity verification questions. Once the process is successfully completed, your medical information will display under the Health Information tab on the left side of the page.

Yes, you can access a minor patient’s medical record for patients ages 0-12 by logging into the Everyday Well patient portal. There are limitations to accessing a minor patient’s medical record within the Everyday Well patient portal.

At Memorial Hermann Health System, we are dedicated to protecting the information of our patients.

The proxy process was designed to comply with state and federal privacy laws. The Everyday Well portal has certain technological limitations which impact proxy access to medical records for patients ages 13-17. Therefore, proxy access through Everyday Well is not available to parents for this age range. We are actively working to improve this process and to provide portal access. Parents may instead contact the Memorial Hermann Release of Information Department directly at (713) 867-4335 or online at Request Medical Records to request medical records for their children.
